The collar comes with a full warranty for the first 12 months. This warranty covers all mechanical and electrical defects which may have come about in production.

The warranty does not cover damage to the collar which has come about from day to day use.

You have 14 days to notify us that you wish to return the collar. We will then send you return instructions, and you will have a further 7 days to post the collar back to us for a full refund.

We reserve the right not to offer a full refund if the collar is damaged and is not in a merchantable quality.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving the collar, or you do not return the collar within 7 days after informing us of your wish to return, we reserve the right not to offer a refund, and to ensure that the remainder of any payments due under the subscription are paid.
